How to request a payout
- Open the cashier and switch to the withdrawal tab.
- Choose a method. Methods you have deposited with are listed first.
- Enter the amount and the wallet number, card or address.
- Confirm with the SMS or authenticator code.
- Track the status in the transaction history: pending, processing, completed.
A request can be cancelled while it is pending, and the money returns to the balance instantly. Once processing starts it cannot be reversed.
Processing times by method
Mobile money and fintech wallets are the fastest, with most requests completed within a few minutes after an automated check. Crypto follows at the speed of the network. Card withdrawals are processed on the casino side quickly but take one to five business days to appear on the statement, because card refunds move slowly through the banking system. Bank transfers in Nigeria and Egypt usually land the same or the next business day. Requests submitted at night or on weekends are processed, but bank-side crediting waits for the next working day.
- M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, HaloPesa: minutes.
- MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money: minutes.
- Opay, PalmPay, Nigerian bank transfer: minutes to a few hours.
- InstaPay and Egyptian bank transfer: same or next business day.
- USDT TRC-20: minutes; Bitcoin: up to an hour.
- Visa, Mastercard: 1 to 5 business days.
Limits and verification
Minimums are low, roughly the equivalent of 1 to 2 USD in local currency. Maximums per transaction and per day depend on the method and the loyalty level; large amounts can be split across several requests or arranged with support. The first withdrawal and any withdrawal above a threshold require identity verification: a government ID and, if asked, a proof of address and a photo of the payment method. Upload the documents in advance (the verification page says what is accepted) and the first payout goes through without a hold.
Why a withdrawal is delayed
The main reasons, starting with the most common: documents not yet verified; an active bonus with unfinished wagering; a mismatch between the name on the wallet and the name on the account; a deposit that has not been turned over at least once, which is a standard anti-laundering rule; and a security review triggered by a login from a new country. Each case produces a message in the account or an email explaining what is needed. If a request has been in processing for more than 24 hours without a message, contact live chat with the transaction ID.

Common questions
Can I withdraw to a different method than I deposited with?
Only when the deposit method does not support payouts, such as Fawry cash. Otherwise funds return to the original method first.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
Not on the casino side. Mobile money operators may charge a receiving fee; crypto payouts carry the network fee.
Why do I need to wager my deposit once?
It is an anti-laundering rule applied by every licensed operator. Any bet on sport or casino counts.
How many withdrawals can I make per day?
Several, within the daily cap for your level. The cashier shows the remaining limit.
