Signing in on the site and in the app
Press the login button in the top right corner, choose the identifier type and enter the password. If two-factor protection is on, a six-digit code arrives by SMS or appears in the authenticator app. In the Android app you can replace the password with a four-digit PIN or a fingerprint after the first successful login; the app still asks for the full password once a month and after every reinstall.
- Phone numbers are entered with the country code, without spaces or a leading zero.
- Email login is not case-sensitive; the password is.
- The numeric ID is shown in the profile and in the registration confirmation message.
When the login fails
Wrong country code in the phone number is the usual culprit, then browser autofill slipping in an old password. Type both fields by hand. If the message says the account is blocked, that's five wrong attempts in a row; the lock lifts after thirty minutes, or at once after a password reset.
If the page itself does not load, the domain is probably filtered by your provider. Open the mirror page and use the current address; the credentials are the same.
Password and code recovery
- Press the recovery link under the login form.
- Enter the phone or email attached to the account.
- Type the code from the SMS or follow the link in the email. Codes are valid for ten minutes.
- Set a new password of at least eight characters with letters and digits.
If the SMS does not arrive, check that the phone has signal and that the number is not blocked for short codes by your operator. Request a new code after sixty seconds rather than tapping several times, because each new request cancels the previous one. Players who lost access to both the phone and the email write to support with the ID, the registration date and the last deposit details; identity is confirmed with a document and a selfie.
Keeping the account safe
Turn on two-factor login in the security settings. Don't reuse a password from another site. Don't post screenshots that show the ID and balance together. Log out on shared devices and glance at the active sessions list now and then; a session you don't recognise closes with one tap and forces a password change.
Login problems and fixes
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Wrong login or password | Autofill or old password | Type manually, reset if needed |
| Account temporarily blocked | Five failed attempts | Wait 30 minutes or reset the password |
| SMS code not received | Short codes blocked by operator | Wait 60 seconds, request again, or use email |
| Page does not open | Domain filtered by ISP | Use the current mirror or the app |
| Session ends on its own | Login from another device | Change the password, review active sessions |
| Account closed message | Duplicate account or self-exclusion | Contact support by email |
Common questions
Can I stay logged in on my phone?
The app keeps the session open and unlocks with a PIN or fingerprint.
Does the mirror need a separate password?
Same password everywhere. Every address talks to the same account.
I changed my phone number. How do I update it?
Log in, open the profile and change the number; a code is sent to the old and the new number. If the old one is lost, support changes it after a document check.
Is two-factor login required?
It is optional but strongly recommended, and it is mandatory for withdrawals above certain limits.
