Documents by country
- Kenya: national ID card (Huduma or the older generation), passport, driving licence.
- Nigeria: National Identity Card or NIN slip, international passport, driver's licence, voter's card.
- Ghana: Ghana Card, passport, driver's licence.
- Tanzania: NIDA card, passport, driving licence, voter's ID.
- Egypt: national ID card, passport.
The document must be valid, show the full name and date of birth, and match the details in the profile. For proof of address, a utility bill, bank statement or mobile money statement from the last three months with the name and address is accepted. Where a bank card was used, a photo of the card with the middle digits covered is enough.
How to submit
- Open the profile and go to the verification tab.
- Choose the document type and upload a photo of each side.
- Take a selfie when prompted; the system compares it to the photo on the document.
- Submit and wait for the status to change.
Photograph the document flat, in daylight, with all four corners visible and no glare across the photo or the numbers. Screenshots, photocopies and edited images are rejected automatically. Files up to 10 MB in JPG, PNG or PDF are accepted.
Approval times and outcomes
Most submissions are approved by the automated system within minutes. Documents that fail the automatic check go to a manual queue, where the typical turnaround is a few hours and never longer than a day in normal conditions. The result arrives by email and in the account. A rejection message states the reason: blurry image, cut-off corner, expired document, mismatch with the profile. Fix the issue and resubmit; there is no limit on attempts.
Why verification protects the player
Verification is what allows the operator to return a balance to its rightful owner if a phone is stolen or a password leaks, and it is what prevents a third party from withdrawing your winnings to their wallet. It is also a licensing requirement under the Anjouan permit held by TETARON LIMITED. Completing it on the day of registration, before any withdrawal is needed, removes the one step that most often delays a first payout. Once verified, the status holds until the document expires or the account details change. The next step is the withdrawal guide; securing the account is on the login page.

Common questions
Do I have to verify to deposit and play?
Not to deposit and play. Verification is required before the first withdrawal and in some security reviews.
Is my data safe?
Documents are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored under the operator's privacy policy. They are not shared with payment providers.
My name on M-Pesa is slightly different from my ID. Is that a problem?
Minor spelling differences are usually accepted. A completely different name is not; the wallet must belong to the account holder.
How often must I verify?
Once. A new check is needed only if the document expires or you change key account details.
