Operator rules that matter most
Age and identity. Players must be 18 or older and able to prove it with a government document. Accounts opened with false details are closed and balances may be withheld.
One account per person. Duplicate accounts, including those opened for family members from the same device or payment method, are closed and bonus winnings voided.
Payments in your own name. Deposits and payouts must use wallets, cards and bank accounts belonging to the account holder.
Bonuses. Wagering, maximum bet, contribution rates and time limits apply as stated on each offer; breaches void the bonus and its winnings.
Bet acceptance and errors. Bets are accepted once confirmed in the slip; obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) can be voided under the published rule.
Payouts. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal; verification is required before the first payout; limits depend on method and level.
Disputes
