How points and levels work
Every real-money bet earns points in proportion to the stake. Slots earn at the full rate, sports bets at a slightly lower rate, live and table games lower still. Points accumulate over a rolling period and the level is recalculated weekly. Moving up happens as soon as the threshold is crossed; moving down happens only if activity stays below the level's threshold for a full period. The level, points and progress bar are visible in the account at all times.
- Bronze and Silver: entry levels with 5 and 6 percent cashback.
- Gold and Platinum: 7 and 8 percent, faster withdrawals and higher limits.
- Diamond and Elite: 9 and 10 percent, personal manager, exclusive tournaments.
- Top tier: 11 percent, individual limits and offers set by the manager, by invitation.
Cashback calculation
Cashback is a percentage of net losses over the week, credited on Monday. Net loss means total stakes minus total returns across sport and casino; a week with a profit earns no cashback and does not carry a negative balance forward. Bonus-funded bets are excluded. The credited amount lands in the real balance without wagering at the upper levels and with a small turnover at the entry levels. There is a weekly cap that rises with the level.
- Play with real money through the week.
- On Monday the system sums stakes and returns.
- If the result is a loss, the level percentage is applied up to the cap.
- The cashback appears in the balance with a notification.
Privileges beyond cashback
From Gold upward, withdrawals are prioritised in the payment queue and the daily limit increases. Diamond and above get a personal manager reachable through a direct chat line, invitations to closed tournaments with smaller fields and larger pools, and birthday gifts in free bets or spins. The top tier adds individual bet limits in the sportsbook and bespoke reload offers. Level-up itself comes with a one-time reward of free spins or a free bet.
What cashback does and does not do
Cashback softens losses; it does not turn a losing week into a winning one. Chasing a higher level by increasing stakes is a losing proposition, because the extra percentage point of cashback is far smaller than the house edge on the extra turnover. A discount on play you would do anyway is the honest way to see it. Offers that run alongside cashback are on the bonus page; the limits that change with level are on the withdrawal page.
