Mobile money
Mobile money is the default for most players (each service has its own section on the mobile money page). In the cashier, select the method, enter the amount and your phone number, and confirm the push prompt or USSD request on the handset with your wallet PIN. The balance updates as soon as the operator confirms the transaction, which is usually under thirty seconds. The phone number should be registered in your own name, because the same wallet is used for withdrawals and the name is matched to the account during verification.
- Kenya: M-Pesa, Airtel Money.
- Tanzania: M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa.
- Ghana: MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money.
- Nigeria: Opay, PalmPay and USSD bank transfers in the same flow.
- Egypt: Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash.
Cards, bank transfer and local gateways
Visa and Mastercard are accepted in every supported country, with 3-D Secure confirmation through the issuing bank. Some banks in Kenya and Nigeria decline gambling merchant codes; if a card is refused twice, switch to mobile money or a bank transfer rather than retrying. Nigerian players also have instant bank transfer to a virtual account number generated per deposit, which clears in a minute. Egyptian players can pay in cash at Fawry points with a reference code or use InstaPay from any bank app.
Cryptocurrency
USDT on TRC-20 is the most used option, followed by Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and a long list of other coins. The cashier shows a deposit address and, where relevant, a memo; send only the selected coin on the selected network. The deposit is credited after the required number of confirmations, which is a few minutes for USDT TRC-20 and longer for Bitcoin. Crypto deposits to a local currency account are converted at the current rate; a USD or crypto-denominated account avoids the conversion.
- Choose the coin and network in the cashier.
- Copy the address or scan the QR code in your wallet.
- Send the amount; keep the transaction ID.
- Wait for confirmations; the balance updates automatically.
When a deposit does not arrive
Mobile money deposits occasionally stall when the operator confirms late. Wait ten minutes, then check the transaction history in the cashier; most delayed deposits appear there as pending and clear on their own. If the money left your wallet and nothing shows after thirty minutes, send the operator's confirmation SMS or the transaction code to live chat. For card payments, a declined status in the cashier with money held on the card is a bank authorisation that releases within a few days. Crypto sent on the wrong network is the one case with no quick fix: support needs the transaction hash, recovery takes days, and sometimes it isn't possible. The reverse direction is on the withdrawal page; market-specific detail is on the country pages.
