Channels and what they are for
- Live chat. The chat icon is on every page and screen. Best for login problems, bonus questions, deposit confirmations and anything that needs an answer now. Typical first reply within two to five minutes.
- Email, general. For account changes, document questions and detailed queries. Reply within a few hours in normal conditions.
- Email, security. For suspected unauthorised access, phishing reports and session concerns. Handled with priority.
- Email, complaints. For disputes that chat could not resolve. Quote the chat ticket number. Formal written reply within the period stated in the terms.
- Telegram channel. For the current mirror address and promotion announcements. Not a support channel; do not send account details there.
The exact email addresses are shown in the footer of the site and in the help section of the app. Support never asks for a password or a mobile money PIN through any channel.
How to get a problem solved in one message
- State the account ID or the registered phone or email.
- Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- Attach the evidence: a screenshot of the error, the transaction code from the mobile money SMS, the bet ID from the history.
- Mention the device and network if the problem is about access.
- Ask one clear question.
A message that says "my deposit of 2,000 KES via M-Pesa at 14:32, code XYZ123, has not appeared in account 1234567" is resolved in a single reply. A message that says "money missing" starts a ten-minute back and forth.
Typical response times
Live chat answers fastest between morning and late evening in East African and West African time; overnight the queue is shorter but staffed by fewer agents, so a reply can take a little longer. Email replies for document checks usually arrive within a few hours and almost always within a day. Payment investigations that require the mobile money operator's confirmation can take a day or two, because the operator's own support is involved. Complaint emails receive an acknowledgment at once and a reasoned reply within the stated period.
Before you write
A fair share of questions are answered on this site faster than an agent can type them: common ones in the FAQ, access in the mirror page, payout delays on the withdrawal page, wagering bars that won't move on the bonus page. Limits and exclusion are different: chat agents apply them on the spot, and the responsible gambling page explains what each one does.

Common questions
Is there a phone line?
No. Live chat is the real-time channel, and it is faster than a call queue for account issues.
Can I write in Swahili or Arabic?
Yes, in live chat. Email in other languages is handled with a longer turnaround.
Will support ask for my password?
Never. Anyone asking for a password or PIN is not from the casino.
How do I escalate a complaint?
Email the complaints address with the chat ticket number. The licence page describes the further step to the regulator.
